Hosting your event at Hub Church comes with a rental fee, which helps us cover the necessary overhead costs associated with making the space available for your special day. These fees are not intended to generate profit, but to ensure that your event is supported with the same level of care and excellence you’ve come to expect from our church.

The rental fee accounts for:
  • Staff or volunteers who assist during your event.
  • Utility costs, such as lighting, heating, and air conditioning during extended hours.
  • Cleaning and preparing the space to ensure it is ready for church services and other events.

We offer two rate options:
  1. Regular Attendees: For those who regularly attend Hub Church, we provide a reduced rate as a gesture of appreciation for your ongoing involvement.
  2. Friends of the Church: For those connected to our church community but who do not regularly attend, a standard rate applies.

Additional Service Fees
Depending on the specific needs of your event, additional fees may apply for optional services or resources, such as the use of tablecloths, equipment, or assistance from a production technician or wedding coordinator. These services are designed to enhance your experience and ensure your event runs smoothly. Please note that all rental requests are reviewed and approved individually to ensure alignment with our church’s mission and schedule.
